 | Bankwest are doing a good job recently. Based on some feedback from my sister, I am now looking at refinancing all my debts and mortgage with them. I am so sick of Westpac right now - all talk no action. I am also planning to move my main savings to Bankwest with their high interest savings account (seriously, even if you withdraw you get 3% which is more than what Westpac gives me regardless of what I do _ how much have they fallen from a time they used to give that Thank You/Benefits/Loyalty card to now when they take more than they give).Other institutins don't fare well either, though have to admit that St George have gone out of their way quite a few times to work with me (basically I do all Personal loans through them for this one reason) - when will banks in general realize how much that extra effort goes to keep customers.
