Yes, I think the increases to the first home owners grant should be extended to help more first home buyers. Some people may not be able to get everything settled until after June 30 so it's unfair on them.

I know some people will miss out but I guess the government only has a limited amount fo cash to keep handing out. I am lucky as I should settle soon so I will get the boost but I do feel bad for those homebuyers who may miss out if they cannot get the application settled in time. Even so, they still get the grant, just at the original amount so it's not like they get nothing!
