Avatar for HJA		I want to see how much the banks cut rates next week? The reserve bank is supposed to cut rates by up to 1 per cent but that doesn't mean the banks will cut rates... maybe they will but only by say 0.8%

I work as a mortgage broker and a lot of my clients are waiting to see if home loan rates will come down again before taking out a mortgage. Either way, home loan rates are coming down and that is a good thing for people looking to purchase property, and I have been very busy recently with first homebuyers.
