Loans for a single Mum

Avatar for Hennie		Hi, I have just sold my house after a separation and I have $150,000 in the bank. I am currently renting a house for myself and 2 daughters at $300 a week while on a single mums pension.
My question is, is there ANY way I can get a loan probably between $70,000 and $100,000 for a home? I have only used online calculators and they all say no because of my weekly pension amount but its so frustrating as I could easily handle the repayments which would be much less than my current rent!
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
