Avatar for Daniel		I spoke to a mortgage broker in SA who was good, he spent time going through all my options and how much I could save by choosing different strategies...... I was happy with the service, it all seems a lot clearer now, how much I can borrow and how the repayments work etc. would definately recommend you talk to a broker if you are unsure of what you are doing.
